Advising System in the Preparatory Unit
An advising system is implemented in our unit to closely monitor students' academic success, course performance, and their adjustment to university life.
Under this system, an academic advisor is assigned to each class with the aim of supporting students' both academic and personal development. Throughout the semester, academic advisors monitor students' course performance, provide necessary guidance, and assist them in adapting to university life. This monitoring process is maintained through one-on-one meetings during designated student consultation hours, ensuring support for students in achieving their goals. Our responsibilities include assisting students in planning their education; providing guidance on academic, social, and cultural matters; helping create an environment conducive to the holistic development of their personalities (intellectual, social, and emotional); meeting with students on scheduled days to offer assistance; and providing guidance in accordance with the objectives and fundamental principles of relevant laws and regulations.
The advising lists for the 2026-2027 Academic Year are attached. Additionally, you can view the student consultation hours of our academic staff on the Academic Staff webpages and in the attached file.
