Final Evaluation Results for the Academic Staff Recruitment Announcement (2025/12) of November 24, 2025
The Final Evaluation Results for the academic staff positions announced in the Official Gazette dated 24 November 2025 and on our University's website regarding the recruitment of teaching staff for the Department of Foreign Languages of our Unit can be accessed through the file below.
The candidate entitled to appointment must submit the documents listed below, either in person or by post, to the Directorate of the School of Foreign Languages where they have been appointed no later than the end of business hours on 08 January 2026.
Required Documents for Appointment
- Petition Requesting Appointment
- Verified e-Government (e-Devlet) documents or approved Diploma/Graduation Certificates (Undergraduate and, if applicable, Graduate Degrees)
(For diplomas obtained from foreign countries, an approved equivalency certificate is also required.) - Undergraduate Transcript (Original or verified e-Government document) (and Graduate Transcript, if applicable)
- Student Certificate (Original) (if required by the announcement)
- Criminal Record Certificate
- Military Status Certificate (indicating exemption, deferment, or completion of military service) (for male candidates)
- Ten Biometric Photographs (taken within the last six months and complying with the dress code regulations)
- Certificate of Residence
- Medical Board Report (issued by a State Hospital or a Medical Faculty Hospital)
- Declaration of Assets Form (to be obtained from the Personnel Department website) (Click Here)
(It must also be completed through the Personnel Information System and submitted upon commencement of duty.) - Service Certificate obtained from the Social Security Institution Service Tracking Program (HİTAP)
(Required for candidates currently employed in a public institution or who have previously worked in one. It can be obtained from the Personnel/Human Resources Unit of their institution.) - Experience Certificates and Social Security Institution (SGK) Service Record (signed and officially stamped), if applicable

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Photocopies or color photocopies of documents that are required to be certified and/or bear an original signature will not be accepted.
- It is sufficient for the documents to be certified as “True Copy of the Original” by any public institution.
- Provided that the original document is presented, certification as “True Copy of the Original” may also be made by the Unit to which the application is submitted. Notarization is not mandatory (except for documents translated from a foreign language).
- If the required documents were already submitted during the application process, there is no need to resubmit them.
- Submitted documents will not be returned.
- Pursuant to Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, the Information Notice and Explicit Consent Forms must be submitted together with the application documents.
No separate notification will be made to the candidates.
