Dear Students,

With the success you have demonstrated in the Higher Education Institutions Examination and your choices, you have become a member of Bandırma Onyedi Eylül University. I would like to wholeheartedly congratulate you on choosing our university, joining our family, and taking your first step toward a successful future. As the entire academic and administrative staff of the School of Foreign Languages, we are delighted to be with you on this journey.

The most paramount objective of our School of Foreign Languages is to equip our students with the English language knowledge and skills required by higher education at international standards, and to prepare them for their professional lives in the best possible way as demanded by this new world order. Embracing an innovative vision, a broad perspective, and a dynamic teaching staff, our School adopts a student-centered approach to education. We strive to provide our students with foreign language education at a level of competence that meets the expectations of the modern world. This includes communicative goals such as discovering different cultures, introducing one’s own culture, and opening up to and following the world in digital environments, alongside academic goals like tracking publications in different languages and contributing to science.

In our rapidly growing and evolving world, I would like to draw your attention to the necessity for individuals to be highly equipped and to the critical importance of foreign language competence.
