Compulsory Foreign Language Courses (Art. 5/i)

Pursuant to Paragraph (i) of Article 5 of the Higher Education Law No. 2547, all students enrolled in higher education institutions are obliged to take foreign language courses. Foreign Language I and Foreign Language II courses are within the scope of compulsory courses in all departments of the Faculties and Vocational Schools affiliated with our University. Students wishing to be exempted from these courses may, upon their preference, take the Compulsory Foreign Language Courses Exemption Exam in the year of their enrollment. Students who achieve a sufficient score (60 points out of 100) in the aforementioned exam shall be exempted from taking these courses.
