Duties and Responsibilities of Prep Program Student Class Representatives

Student class representatives in the Preparatory School serve as a vital bridge between the student body and the administration. Representatives act as the voice of their peers while contributing to the efficiency of academic processes. Their primary duties are as follows:

  • To convey the views, suggestions, and requests of students to their academic advisors and the school administration,

  • To promptly communicate announcements, decisions, and information received from the administration and academic staff to their classmates,

  • To encourage active student participation in academic, social, and cultural activities,

  • To assume a constructive and conciliatory role in resolving conflicts or issues arising within the classroom,

  • To represent student needs accurately by working in close cooperation with their academic advisors,

  • To represent their respective classes in monthly coordination meetings and support the implementation of decisions taken,

  • To act with fairness, impartiality, and a sense of responsibility while executing their duties.

Through these responsibilities, student class representatives aim to serve as the collective voice of the students and contribute significantly to the academic and social life of the school.
