Important Notice for Compulsory Preparatory Class Students Who Missed the 2025–2026 Quiz 4 Examination

Students who were unable to take the Quiz 4 Examination held at our School on April 22, 2026, and wish to participate in the Make-Up Examination, must submit the petition below (completed and signed), together with supporting documents, to the Head of Department no later than the end of business hours on Thursday, April 30, 2026.
