Accreditation and Next-Generation Material Training at BANU SFL - II

The School of Foreign Languages at Bandırma Onyedi Eylül University hosted Oxford University Press Türkiye representatives, Uğur Aydoğdu and Özlem Demirci, on May 22, 2026. During the meeting, which was attended by the teaching staff lecturing in the Compulsory Preparatory Program, Oxford UP representative Özlem Demirci introduced the fifth edition of the English File textbook series, which is aligned with CEFR standards and developed with learning materials aimed at ensuring interaction within a communicative approach framework. The presentation also highlighted the "Effective Academic Writing" program and its auxiliary online tools designed for use in Reading and Writing courses.

Detailed information was provided regarding the internationally recognized EAQUALS accreditation process in language education, alongside the services that Oxford UP will deliver throughout this process. It was assured that demo accounts would be defined to enable the teaching staff to review the online applications. BANU SFL steadily continues its operations guided by a vision of education at global standards.
